Ingredients

1 1/2 ozMezcal
3/4 ozYellow Chartreuse
1 barspoonPastis
3 sprigOregano
3/4 ozLime juice
1 barspoonAgave syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add oregano to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with an oregano sprig.
