Ingredients

1 ozMezcal
1 ozManzanilla sherry
1/2 ozTriple sec
3/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozAgave syrup
6 dashMargarita bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over the ice in the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a tajin.
