Ingredients

1/2 ozDry vermouth
1/2 ozGentian liqueur
1/2 ozTriple sec
3 dashAbsinthe
1/4 ozHoney syrup
2 ozGin (tea infused)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel twist.
