Ingredients

1 1/4 ozFino sherry
3/4 ozDry vermouth
1/4 ozBénédictine
1/4 ozPear and cognac liqueur
1/4 ozApple brandy
1 dashBoker's bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a green apple wedge.
