1/2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozCrème de violette
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with either a violet blossom or a mint sprig.
