Ingredients

1 ozGin
1 1/2 ozDry vermouth
1/4 ozAromatized wine
1/2 ozElderflower liqueur
4 dashLavender bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
  6. Garnish with a lime peel twist.
