Ingredients

1 ozMezcal
3/4 ozGrand Marnier
3/4 ozBeetroot juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozAgave syrup
6 dashChocolate bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with shaved chocolate rim.
