2 ozScotch whisky
2 1/2 ozOrange juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonOrgeat syrup
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a mint sprig.
