1/4 ozTriple sec
1 barspoonChilled water
1/4 ozLime juice
1 barspoonLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
4 dashMargarita bitters
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass and prepare with a salt rim.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a salt rim and a lime wedge.
