1/2 ozFino sherry
3/4 ozPatrón citrónge
3/4 ozElderflower liqueur
1 pieceCelery stick
1/4 ozLime juice

Instructions
- Chill a highball glass.
- Add all ingredients to a blender with ice.
- Blend until smooth and pour into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a salt rim, a celery stick and an edible flower.
