1/2 ozWhite rum
1 barspoonMaraschino liqueur
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozFalernum liqueur
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
3 dashMargarita bitters
2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lime peel twist and a dried lime slice.
