Ingredients

2 ozOld Tom gin
1 barspoonOrange juice
1/4 barspoonLemon juice
1 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  6. Garnish with an orange peel twist and an orange slice.
