Ingredients

1 ozAmaro
1/2 ozBlackberry liqueur
1 dashAbsinthe
3/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a blackberry and powdered sugar.
