Ingredients

1 ozGin
3/4 ozFino sherry
3/4 ozApple juice
1/4 ozGinger syrup
1 1/2 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a wine glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and an apple slice.
