

Ingredients
2 ozGin
1/4 ozGinger liqueur
12 pieceMint leaves
1/2 ozLime juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
2 1/2 ozGinger beer
Instructions
- Chill a Collins glass.
- Add all ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over the ice in the prepared glass.
- Top with fresh ginger beer, and then fill glass with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
