Ingredients

1/2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozApricot liqueur
1 ozOrange juice
to topSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Fill a flute glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with physalis.
