Ingredients

2 ozScotch whisky
3/4 ozAmaretto
2 dashBoker's bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink.
  6. Garnish with an orange twist.
