3/4 ozLime cordial
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime peel twist and a lime wedge.
