Ingredients

1 ozGold rum
1 ozBrandy
3/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozPineapple syrup
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
4 dashDaiquiri bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and ground cinnamon.
