Ingredients

1 1/4 ozGentian liqueur
1/4 ozElderflower liqueur
3 ozSparkling wine
1/4 ozClub soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a wine glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with either a thyme sprig or a rosemary sprig.
