Ingredients

2 ozGold rum
1 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozGrenadine
4 dashDaiquiri bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a creole bitters and a pineapple wedge.
