Ingredients

1 1/2 ozWhite rum
1/2 ozDry vermouth
1/2 barspoonPastis
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
3 sliceBanana

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add banana to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a dried banana chip.
