Ingredients

1 ozWhite rum
1 ozGrand Marnier
2 ozPink grapefruit juice
to topBitter lemon tonic water

Instructions

  1. Chill a sling glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the bitter lemon tonic water to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with bitter lemon tonic water and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice and a kumquat.
