Ingredients

1 1/2 ozCachaça
1/4 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1/2 ozElderflower liqueur
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
