1 barspoonCampari
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2/3 ozOrange marmalade
1 dashOrange bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Stir 4 flat barspoons marmalade with other ingredients in base of shaker to dissolve the marmalade.
- Shake with ice and fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
