Ingredients

2 ozGin
8 pieceMint leaves
2 sliceCucumber
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1/2 ozClub soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except the club soda to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Garnish with a mint leaf and a cucumber slice.
