Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
1/4 ozGreen Chartreuse
1 barspoonWhite wine vinegar
6 inchCelery stick
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dashCelery bitters
1 pinchCelery salt

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Muddle the celery salt gently in the base of a shaker.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a celery stick.
