Ingredients

1 1/2 ozLemon vodka
1/2 ozTriple sec
1/4 ozBlack raspberry liqueur
1/2 ozLemon juice
to topSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a sugar rim.
