1 ozReposado tequila
3/4 ozAromatized wine
1/4 ozTriple sec
1/2 barspoonAbsinthe
3/4 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a nick & Nora glass and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
- Add all remaining ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
