Ingredients

3/4 ozGin
3/4 ozAromatized wine
1 barspoonMaraschino liqueur
1 dashAbsinthe
3/4 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozCherry blossom syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a cherry blossom.
