Ingredients

3 ozCoconut water
1 1/2 ozAged agricole rhum
1/2 ozCoconut rum liqueur
12 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except bitters to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Float bitters on top.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge.
