Ingredients

1/2 ozPeach schnapps
1/4 ozLemon juice
1 1/4 ozPeach purée
3 ozSparkling wine
to topClub soda

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except the club soda to the glass and stir.
  3. Top with club soda and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with either a lemon slice or a peach wedge.
