Ingredients

1 ozPeach schnapps
3/4 ozSauvignon blanc
to topClub soda
1/2 ozRioja

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except soda water and rioja to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Float rioja on top.
