Ingredients

1 1/2 ozVodka
1/4 ozAmericano bianco
1/2 barspoonPeach liqueur
2 dashAbsinthe

Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist and eucalyptus oil.
