Ingredients

1 1/4 ozGin
1 1/4 ozDry vermouth
3/4 ozGrand Marnier
3 dashAbsinthe

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with either a grapefruit peel twist or a lemon peel twist.
