1/4 ozFino sherry
1 ozMastiha liqueur
1 ozBirch water
3 pieceMint leaves
8 dashMint bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add mint leaves to the glass and muddle gently.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
