Ingredients

2 ozReposado tequila
1 sliceWatermelon
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozWatermelon syrup
1 pinchSalt

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add watermelon to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
