2 ozScotch whisky
1/2 ozCrème de cassis
1 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with either a lemon slice or blackberries.
