Ingredients

1/4 ozBrandy
1 1/2 ozBirch eau-de-vie
1 1/2 ozApple juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a dried apple slice.
