Instructions
- Fill a flute glass with ice.
- Muddle the fresh ginger gently in the base of a shaker.
- Add chilli syrup, lemon juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
- Add lemon vodka and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the prepared glass.
- Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
- Garnish with a holly sprig and a maraschino cherry.
