  1. Fill a flute glass with ice.
  2. Muddle the fresh ginger gently in the base of a shaker.
  3. Add chilli syrup, lemon juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  4. Add lemon vodka and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with a holly sprig and a maraschino cherry.
