Ingredients

2 ozCachaça
3/4 ozSauternes wine
6Red grapes
1 wedgeLime wedge
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Add lime wedges, and red grapes to the glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add simple syrup (2:1) and stir to combine.
  4. Add cachaça and sauternes wine, then stir to dissolve.
  5. Fill the glass with cracked ice and stir briefly.
