Ingredients

1 ozGin
1/2 ozOld Tom gin
3/4 ozDry vermouth
1/2 ozManzanilla sherry
1/2 barspoonMaraschino liqueur
1 dashAbsinthe
1/4 ozTriple sec
1/4 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1 dashOrange bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a caperberry.
