3/4 ozTriple sec
3 sprigCilantro
3/4 ozLime juice
1 barspoonAgave syrup
4 dashMargarita bitters
2 dropSaline solution 4:1
1 sliceRed chili pepper
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add cilantro, red chili pepper to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a tajin rim.
