Ingredients

3/4 ozSpiced rum
1/2 ozSweet vermouth
3/4 ozAperol
1/4 ozBanana liqueur

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with either a plantain slice or a dried banana chip.
