Ingredients

1 ozBianco vermouth
1 1/2 ozMastiha liqueur
1/2 ozFernet
3 dashCelery bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a mint sprig.
