Ingredients

1 1/2 ozVodka
1 1/2 ozDry vermouth
3 pieceSage leaves
3/4 ozApple juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add sage leaves to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a sage leaf.
