Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
1 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozOrgeat syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with either a pineapple wedge or a dried pineapple wedge.
