Ingredients

1 1/2 ozIrish whiskey
1 ozDry vermouth
1/4 barspoonGreen Chartreuse
5 pieceRaspberries
1 dashAbsinthe
1 barspoonLemon juice
1/2 ozRaspberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Muddle raspberries in base of shaker.
  3. Add other ingredients.
  4. Shake with ice.
  5. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a raspberry.
