Ingredients

1 1/2 ozRaspberry vodka
1/2 ozTriple sec
6 pieceMint leaves
1 ozApple juice
1/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozHoney

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add honey, apple juice, lime juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add raspberry vodka, triple sec, mint leaves and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
