Ingredients

2 ozVodka
7 pieceMint leaves
2 ozLime juice
1 ozLemon juice
1 1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
to topClub soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add mint leaves to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add all ingredients except the club soda to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  6. Top with club soda and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig.
